I live in New York and has recently picked up one of the conditions of FHA mortgage. The loan was approved and passed inspection, but the loan was rejected on the basis of the assessment by the insurer. How does an inspection of the cervix, but not in the evaluation? The value of the housing is below market value and there are few problems but nothing major, according to the inspector. Is there anything I can do? If I'm looking for a different kind of mortgage?
